The Rahyz Headband

December 06, 2019

Are you ready? Do you have what it takes to earn a Rahyz headband?

In order to earn your Rahyz headband you must pass a test of Wisdom, Skill, and Strength outside in the city.

Upon successful completion of your test you will receive a Rahyz Cary Fitness signed certificate of completion and one Rahyz headband marked with your level of rank. For each test you must successfully answer knowledge based questions and perform various conditioning exercises, and techniques. For each test you pass, a new rank symbol will be added to your band. There are currently three levels: Level 1 Beginner, Level 2 Intermediate, Level 3 Advanced; Meaning you have the opportunity to take three different tests, earn three different certificates, and acquire three different rank symbols. Anyone who successfully earns a headband will be added to a list of achievements held by the founder. Anyone who successfully completes all three levels will earn a special mark on this list and will be considered first for any opportunities made available to the Rahyz family.

At this current time the Level 1 test is the only test available. Other tests are soon to come.

Students interested in testing have the option to either do a 'Test Prep Private Lesson' or go straight into the 'Test for a Headband'.

Test Prep Private Lessons are set up like private lessons (contact for private lesson price. Group Test Prep Private Lessons may be made available). Students will meet with an instructor to make sure that they have all of the information and skills that they need in order to pass their test. Students must bring their notebook with them to the Test Prep Private Lesson so that they and the instructor can go over the information they already have as well as figure out what they need. Students will write down everything they need to know in their notebooks that way they can use it as a study guide.

Test Price: $60

Test Location:  Location in the city of the instructor's choosing

Test Duration: Until completed

RCF JAM Oct 22nd NC STATE

October 22, 2016

*Avoid the nc state fair traffic.*

Date: Oct 22

Time: 4:30 - 7pm

Address: North Carolina State University, 2011 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27607 (This is the bell tower on campus.)

Parkour is the art of pursuit, escape, and exploration; it is a collection of movements, techniques, and methods used to overcome physical and psychological obstacles.

We will meet at the bell tower, hangout there for about 15minutes, and head out to some spots from there. We will move between new locations every 15minutes.

A Jam is where a group of practitioners get together and train together. This is not a class, it is a gathering for people to come and learn from each other as well as explore the environment.

Wear workout clothes and bring any water or snacks that you'd like to have.

IF IT RAINS OR IS WET I WILL RESCHEDULE THE JAM FOR A LATER DATE. Check back for updates before heading out to the meeting location.

RCF - JAM April 30th!

April 30, 2016

Come hang out in the Park!

April 30th, 1pm-2:30pm

Kelly Rd Park, Apex NC

Throwing a jam out at one of our old favorite training spots. Athletes, friends, families, students and parents, lets hangout and train for a while on Saturday April 30th at the Park. Come out prepared to hangout in the sun and train your Parkour & Free Running technique. Enjoy yourself and the environment.

Because this IS a playground there is always the chance that the place will be PACKED with people which will make it difficult to train. If this is the case we will hangout at the park until 2:30pm and then move the Jam to NC States Campus and continue the jam there until 4pm. Feel free to come and go as you please. Jam's tend to last until everyone is too tired or gets hungry.

If we get rained out we'll all meet at the park and then go out to eat at a near by restaurant!

Bring water for yourself in case you get thirsty.

Time: 1pm - 2:30pm

If you have any questions please send me a message. My cell is 919-924-9466
